Oltre a “I Like You (A Happier Song)” feat. Doja Cat, e le hit "Cooped Up" feat. Roddy Ricch e "One Right Now" feat. The Weeknd, il disco vanta collaborazioni con ospiti stellari, tra cui Fleet Foxes, Gunna e The Kid Laroi.

Per la creazione di questo album, Post Malone ha collaborato con i suoi autori, produttori e co-sceneggiatori di lunga data come Louis Bell, Billy Walsh e Andrew Watt, Omer Fedi. A pochi giorni dall’uscita, è stata rilasciata in digitale la versione deluxe del progetto, al quale si sono aggiunti i brani “Waiting For Never” e “Hateful”.

“Twelve Carat Toothache” esce a tre anni di distanza dall’album precedente, “Hollywood’s Bleeding”, certificato triplo disco di platino e in vetta all’esordio alla #1 della Billboard Top 200.
